In Cloud Nomads we are experts on Agile Methodologies, and especially in SCRUM. We have apply agile in various project and we have seen it work in both in huge organisations and in smaller ones. Agile and SCRUM used as the base in order to build a new agile methodology for each company based on there needs. There is no frameworks which fits all use cases. That’s where Cloud Nomads can apply its expertise in order to set and fit an agile methodology for each organisation.
